Step 1: Request a Reference Number
Before submitting most applications (except NIDs):
- Email hwc.hwc@westerncape.gov.za with your property address (street, erf/plot number, suburb/town, and district).
- You will receive a reference number and HWC’s banking details within 1 working day.
Step 2: Submit Your Application
- Email your completed form and supporting documents to hwc.hwc@westerncape.gov.za.
- You will receive confirmation within 3 working days.
Only the latest forms (effective from 1 April 2023) will be accepted.
